We believe the Great Commission is most effectively carried out in the context of the local church.
First, research shows that non-believers are much more likely to hear the Gospel through a new church plant than through an existing church. While established churches are crucial in the overall big picture, people already know about the hundred year old church and have chosen not to go inside.
Second, a church should be accessible to those we are trying to reach. This means more churches closer to home and an active part of the community.
Last, an effective church should be real and relevant. Churches often are answering questions that no one is asking. Our strategy has always been to show love in practical ways through serving our community and maintaining the balance in sharing both grace and truth.
